Titas is a director and writer working across Theatre, Film and Music. He has worked extensively in new writing and is developing a slate of projects for screen. He is currently Associate Artistic Director of the Donmar Warehouse.
He was previously Associate Director at the Kiln Theatre, Creative Associate at the Bush Theatre, and a Staff Director at the National Theatre. He trained as Resident Assistant Director at the Donmar Warehouse, on the National Theatre Studio Directors Course, and with directors including Michael Grandage, Jamie Lloyd and Roger Michell. As a writer he trained on the Royal Court Young Writers' Programme.
His first two plays Run the Beast Down and Escape the Scaffold saw him nominated for Best Writer at the inaugural Stage Debut Awards. His next play The Basement was a finalist for the Verity Bargate Award. He is part of BBC Voices 2024 and is currently writing his first feature film for Storyteller.
